Hi Lisa,
Sorry for the delay in speaking with you, we have had so much on what with Christmas etc. Happy new year anyway and hope you had a lovely Christmas.
Firstly we'd like to say a big thank you to you and your team for making our big day so special, everything went so smoothly, we really could not have done it without you!!!
We had such an amazing time in New York and can't wait to go back, We felt Cop Cot was the perfect place for our special day, very romantic!
We have completed and sent the questionnaire back to you and would be happy for you to put our photo's and comments on your website (please choose the one's where our daughter Mylah isn't crying!). We want to thank you personally as we felt that you were great, always very prompt in answering any questions we had, whether big or small and helping us decide on the final details. We both can not believe how easy it was to plan a wedding abroad, obviously with your help! Please could you pass on our thanks to Hayley, she was extremely friendly and really helpful with regards to any last minute queries we had. Her co-ordination on the day was spot on.
We received the photo's just in time for christmas which was a pleasant surprise, we hadn't expected them back so quickly. Trix was really professional despite the cold weather and our one year old having a mini diva strop!!! Everyone who has seen the photo's have commented how beautiful they are.
The actual ceremony its self we felt was lovely, so many thanks to Reverend Leslie.
The limousine driver was very friendly and took us all around Manhattan and brooklyn, giving us a guided tour, pointing out film settings and famous landmarks, the champagne was also a lovely touch.

We can't thank you enough for all your help to arrange our wedding - it was absolutely fantastic. We've just finished doing our album which took us ages but was good fun & brought back lots of great memories.
I have written some feedback for all the people we used including the hotels as I thought it might be useful to you if any new brides & grooms ask you for advice. Hope it helps in some way.
Red Door Salon @ Fifth Avenue:
I arranged my appointment with Tammy by email, I did have to phone once to confirm the booking with my credit card details. I didn’t have time to have a trial in NY so I just made sure I had a trial in the UK and took plenty of photos. Stephanie did my hair & Monique did my make-up on the wedding day - they both did a fantastic job. All the staff at Red Door were really friendly & made us feel very relaxed. The price was more than I would normally pay but it was definitely worth it.
Flowers:
My bouquet was perfect & exactly as I had requested. The ladies buttonholes came with a pin and a wristband and all the ladies thought this was a great idea. The flowers were delivered to the hotel, however one buttonhole was missing – Simon called Katerina & she quickly sorted this out for us. The buttonhole was delivered to the hotel within minutes.
Photographer:
Jen was fantastic – we love all the photos and cannot believe how many we have. She has taken so many amazing photos; we are going to struggle decided which ones to put in our album. She gave us the option of having photos taken in the park or in the city and made sure we had all the combinations of family photos we wanted. She was really friendly & made us both feel at ease especially as neither of us likes having our photo taken.
Minister:
Susanna wrote the words for our ceremony and it was lovely. Everyone commented on how beautiful the ceremony was and how very different from a UK registry wedding which I think they were all expecting so it was a lovely surprise for all our guests. I have emailed Susanna & she has sent me a copy of the ceremony wording for us to keep.
Katerina:
Katerina was lovely & a great help to us on the wedding day, she made sure everything ran smoothly so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Simon contacted her about the missing buttonhole & she sorted this straightaway, she also made sure the limousine was there for me & my parents when she found out it hadn’t arrived for Simon. She was so helpful – holding on to coats and my wrap during the ceremony and even taking extra photos with all the family cameras. She arranged the horse & carriages while we were having photos so they were waiting for us when we finished – we definitely couldn’t have had such a stress free wedding without her.
Limousine:
The limousine driver was very friendly, I think there was a slight problem with parking outside our hotel when he arrived originally so Simon & some of the guests had to get taxis, but we always knew that the timing to do the 2 trips was very tight & it didn’t cause a problem. The limousine picked me & my parents up & got us to The Cop Cot on time. The driver then waited for us & after the ceremony he drove us to The Plaza Athenee.
Cellist:
Everyone has told us the cellist was a lovely touch to the ceremony, neither me or Simon could remember much about the music – I think we were both so overwhelmed by everything we just didn’t take it in at the time. I remember hearing the music as I walked up to The Cop Cot – Simons mum has a video of the ceremony & she said the cellist playing is very clear on this. We’ve not watched the video yet so will be nice when we do get chance to see it.
Cop Cot:
The Cop Cot is absolutely beautiful and was definitely the perfect setting for our wedding. We are so glad you recommended it to us in place of Ladies Pavilion as we hadn’t even looked at it originally so without your help we would never have found this spot.
We did visit Ladies Pavilion and Belvedere Castle while we were in New York, we both liked Belvedere Castle but agreed that it would have been too busy for us. We were both quite disappointed with Ladies Pavilion and so pleased we had changed venue to The Cop Cot. It's definitely a place we will be visiting every time we go back to NY.
Hotels:
We stayed at The Empire Hotel & booked this through Virgin Holidays. Most of our family also stayed at this hotel and everyone thought it was great. It is ideally located for Central Park - it’s near to Columbus Circle so just 5-10 minutes walk from The Cop Cot. The reviews on trip advisor were not great so we were all a bit nervous but everyone had a fantastic stay. The only downside is the price of drinks at the bar but we all expected this in NY. The hotel has a lobby bar & also a rooftop bar – this is open to the public but hotel guests can get access without queuing. On one day of our stay they were filming the new Sex & the City movie in the hotel which was very exciting (for the girls anyway) – we got to watch filming and saw quite a few of the cast and the hotel laid on a free bar for the whole day!
We had our wedding reception at The Plaza Athenee Hotel which is on 64th Street just off 5th Avenue and 5 – 10 minutes walk from Central Park, we arrived at the hotel about 4pm and had a private section of the bar and were served champagne and canapés. At 5.30pm we went into a private dining room for a 3 course meal. The food & service were fantastic and I would definitely recommend this hotel. We paid $30 dollars per head for the canapés and were served far too many (which isn’t a bad thing I guess). The meal was $110 dollars per head, I’m not sure how much we paid for the wine but bottles started at $50. The private dining room holds up to 25 people, we had 12 & it was on a large oval table. We left the hotel about 8.30pm and went back to The Empire rooftop bar for drinks.

Hope all is well, we just wanted to send an email to let you know we had an amazing wedding in New York, everything went to plan and despite the rain everyone had a fantastic day. Please pass on a huge thanks to Susanna, Catarina and Jen, they were all so friendly and efficient and we felt like we were really well looked after by them all. We have just returned this morning as spent a few days in Florida on our honeymoon after the wedding, our Marriage Certificate has already arrived and we cannot wait to see our Wedding Photos, sorry I cannot quite remember how long you said they usually take to arrive? When deciding on a location for our special day we where absolutely delighted to stumble across your website. The pictures were amazing and we fell in love with Zante almost straight away and that feeling grew stronger throughout our stay in Tsilivi.
From the moment we booked our wedding you and your team in England and Greece were a delight to work with, absolutely nothing was too much trouble and the organisation of our wedding was totally stress free (for me anyway!).

Now we`re back and back to work, still dreaming of the time we've just had we wanted to just say a big thank you for helping us have the most fantastic time of our lives. Anthony was superb he couldn't have helped us anymore so reassuring and very professional. The photo`s are out of this world they are stunning. The BBQ was to die for and the venue was even better!! The Elysium were so good to us they couldn`t do enough for us they made us feel so special like superstars. The chapel was so beautiful just everything we were expecting and more. Everybody had such a fantastic day we would recommend this to anybody getting married in Cyprus we’re already saving up to go back!!!

We stayed in the Kastelli Resort in Kamari which was lovely & would also recommend that too if you ever get anyone asking about accommodation.

Hi Lisa,
Sorry we haven't been in touch sooner, we got back last Monday then had a reception party here this Saturday 22nd, so its been non stop.
The wedding was absolutely fantastic, Frances was lovely, very busy women, I don’t know how she does it!! She did a brilliant job.
The venue was perfect, the hairdresser did an amazing job on the day and the photos are beautiful. We are both very pleased we could not fault a thing.
The only hickup on the day was that the electricity went off at the villas we were staying in so we had no water or electric for 2 hours, but thankfully it came back on in time for the hairdresser to work her magic. It wouldn’t have been a wedding day if nothing went wrong at all! We are laughing about it now, but as you can imagine on the day everyone was in panic mode.
We are gutted that its all over and wish we could go back and do it all again. You were right when you said how fast the day goes, because it flew by, I did my best to take your advise and take in every second. We will always look back on all of the photos and DVD with the best memories and wouldn’t change a thing.
Thank you so much for all your hard work Lisa, you really did make our wedding the dream wedding and we are forever grateful. We will highly recommend you to everyone and so many people have already said how amazing our wedding was and that it is exactly what they would want to do.

We certainly are both home safe and sound thank you, back in the good old rainy UK ! ;) ha ha

Shaun and I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to you, Frances and the team for making our wedding day the most special and memorable day of our lives.  The whole process from start to finish has been a truly wonderful experience and I find myself struggling to be able to find the words to describe it!  Since getting in touch with you, after seeing your beautiful website, the service you provided was simply fantastic.  The friendliness, pure professionalism and excellent communication is second to none and I would recommend you to literally anyone and everyone wishing to follow their dream of getting married abroad.  All my emails were answered the same day, all my requests were taken on-board, and your continual instructions made the process so easy and stress free.  It really was great to have you here in the UK , and your final checklist call and farewell was a definite helpful touch.

The Balcony Hotel is the most stunning location for a wedding and there is no doubt in my mind that we made the right decision.  The decorations and lay out were just how I had imagined they would be and the views from the cliff just made it so breathtaking, not just for us but for all our guests.  Frances and the team were professional and took us through the day with such precision and ease, while maintaining a fun and friendly environment.  I was just so impressed with everything, and still am!  The Balcony Hotel staff are, as well, so so friendly, they went out of their way to make us feel so warm and welcome.  They got everything right and were smiling all evening!  We even went up and greeted them prior to the wedding and they were showing where eveything would be and asking us if we would like anything changed!! fabulous! ;)

Frances and her team are extremely dedicated in ensuring the day runs smoothly, but mostly that the bride, groom and all guests enjoy themselves.  We didn't have to worry about anything and got to enjoy the whole day without any stress whatsoever, and I  think thats how all weddings should be.  Thanks to the excellent organisation and communication between you both, Frances knew exactly what we wanted and there were no surprises!

We count ourselves so lucky that we found you all.  We will never forget our beautiful balcony wedding, our horse and carriage trip round the town (with all the locals and tourists waving at us and beeping their horns), our delicious meal, our greek dancing, our crazy yet wonderful Greek serenaders, the friendliest DJ in the world and the fact that all our guests said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to!!

The photographer and videography were amazing, and I didn't realise just how amazing until I saw the photos and storybook.  I literally relive our day when I look at them and the emotions come flooding back.  

Unfortunately we were unable to send our skylanterns into the sky that night due to the wind and recent events, however, everything else was so so prefect that it didn't even matter.  Nothing could change how happy we felt! We plan to have a party when we get home and send them off from the local park instead.  We handed some out to those who we wouldn't see back home so they can send them off from their gardens if they like! ;)

Anyway, I know this is long, but I couldn't let this opportunity go by without thanking you.  We had the best day of our lives in the most beautiful, breathtaking and romantic location.  We will cherish our memories, our DVD and our photographs until we grow old.  It was an absolute dream and a fairytale, and all our guests had such a great time too! You can't hide the tangible excitement and fun that oozes from the photos!

Many many thanks to you all for your hard work and for becoming our wedding 'friend'.  We truly hope to stay in touch with you all.

I'm just emailing to thank you and let you know that we had a wonderful wedding in Zante. The day was perfect, everything we wanted. Francis is the best, she thinks of everything. It all went very smoothly including getting from one boat to another then onto the beach, just what we had imagined!
The reception was lovely even though we organised it ourselves the Greek people are so accommodating, all our guests really enjoyed it and have never been to a wedding like it (they probably never will again!).

Just back to work today!  Everything went brilliantly.  We had a ball and the day couldn't have went any better! Everybody really enjoyed themselves and there was no stress or nerves or anything!

We had a wonderful day and St Georges Chapel is beautiful, we couldn't have asked for a better place to get married.

It was a wonderful day and after the rain and thunderstorms the Wednesday night prior to the wedding and even on the Thursday morning we were so lucky to have such a perfect afternoon weather wise. Even the waiter who served us our cake back at the plaza and who was Mexican, insisted that we had a mexican wedding toast by knocking back a large shot of tequlia each and that's before we opened the champagne!

Well what can I say we had an absolutely brilliant time in New York. I can't thank you enough for all the prior arrangements, everything went so smoothly from the moment we arrived there. The Church was lovely and everyone was great on the day. The photographer was really great ( I am not a fan of having my picture taken but she made us feel very comfortable). I am delighted with the pictures they have turned out really well (better than I could have hoped for) so all in all it couldn't have been more perfect and you are right about the weather the day before we were wearing scarfs and gloves then on the day and the day after it was beautiful.
Thanks again to you and the girls in New York. I would definitely be recommending you to anyone I know that is thinking about getting married abroad.

I'm so sorry for only getting back to you now, I've been enjoying married life! ha ha. First of all i just want to say thank you so much for everything you did for us to make us have a wedding day to remember. It was everything i could've dreamed of!! When we got over to Zante and met Francis, she was brilliant and any extras i asked for she was only pleased to help. On the actual day, the hairdresser was amazing i started crying when my hair was done because it was exactly how i wanted it and as for my 8 bridesmaids hair, their hair was absolutely gorgeous!! i couldn't of thanked her enough, she was with us for 6 hours!! The gardens were absolutely gorgeous, the photographer was very professional in taking our pictures. The wedding ceremony was short but very meaningful-just how we wanted it. After the ceremony we went in a horse and carriage through the town and everybody came out clapping, while all the other 50 guests were on a coach behind us beeping away!! The reception was absolutely gorgeous, the food was amazing i'd definitely recommend the Terra Martini having a sit down meal-a fraction of the cost of what it would be in England!! The greek dancers got everybody up and dancing and the the dj was great guests in the hotel came and joined the party! As the sun set we had fireworks, which were amazing!! i really didn't want the night to end. When we got our photographs a few days later, I'm am so happy with them. The black and white ones are gorgeous and i couldn't wait to show everybody who couldn't make it to Zante, the photos. I would definitely recommend having a wedding abroad guaranteed weather and a holiday at the same time. And going through yourself i couldn't of asked for anything more, i really don't know how or why people plan their own weddings, because you did everything asked for and dealt with all the paperwork and when i was over in Zante Francis was amazing aswell, anything i needed she was there for me to tell. I'm really gutted its over now and we were joking saying we are going to renew our vows in a few years just to do it all over again!! All 50 of us had an amazing time and they've all said its the nicest wedding they've been too. I have already been recommending you to my friends or people I've spoke to because the service you supplied was 1st class.

the wedding was excellent, everyone had a really good time, it all went amazingly well and maria was superb. the service provided by yourself and maria was faultless. I can't recommend it enough. the reception was spot on, the restaurant was decorated exactly as requested and all the flowers, food etc was well beyond expectation. there was mountains of food, I think if we have had the original menu we chose it would have been too much…..
we had a real laugh with all the family and our mates being there. the Pyrgos was fantastic, the views really impress people when they go there, it's much better than doing it in a fancy hall or clubhouse over here. even if things hadn't quite ran to plan everyone was so chilled out on holiday, know one would have noticed anyhow.

sorry, I was off ill all last week, must be allergic to married life!!! we had a fantastic time, sorry I have not been in touch but I will send you some pics.
the place was lovely the weather was gorgeous and the wedding went without a hitch, the only thing me and paul had to do was find out what people wanted to eat!!!  we got a couple of the extras for the day, the giga balloon and an isle to walk down which really finished the overall effect.  the flowers were beautiful too, your sister should definitely go with the yellow and white scheme.
Ii would definitely push the vardiola restaurant as an actual wedding venue, the scenery was breath taking and the staff so nice, it was so quiet, no other people around, the only down side was the day was a very hot one and they had set up our table on the veranda overlooking the beach BUT the sun was directly on us for the whole meal so it did get quite uncomfortable during this time, typical brit's I guess but we would have preferred to sit in the shaded area a bit further back!!!
we did the whole journey down to vardiola on horse and carriage which took about 40 min's but was really nice.
the wedding was fantastic and I have already sent your details to 2 people saying how stress free everything was and that you made our wedding wonderful.
a big thank you, shame I don't plan to do it all again but if I did I would definitely be calling you!!!

hi lisa.  sorry for the delay in us getting back to you with the snaps.  
we had a great holiday and a superb wedding. The whole day was a huge success thanks to you and lakis.  The photographer took almost 200 shots over the course of the day. just too many to choose so we ended up buying the proofs too ! every photo is just superb and bursting with quality.
I could sit and write about every moment, the cars, the church, the villa, the vicar and the weather ! i'm sure you have other weddings to arrange so i'll stop babbling on now.
I guess this is it then. well all that's left is for me to thank you for your time and thanks for making our holiday and wedding day an event to remember.

wedding was lovely, we had it in the gardens as there were too many people near the gazebo on the beach. the registrar was soooooo lovely, he let us use our own vows and was so lovely and friendly he really made the ceremony fantastic. wore my shoes in the gardens but they were off for most of the photos on the beach, so glad I had some though. we then went on a catamaran cruise which was lovely and then had the dinner on the end of the jetty which was really really good (way too much food, we had to go back the next night for the lobster course!). I thought the resort was lovely, very appropriate for a wedding, everyone was very helpful, our wedding coordinator was Christine, she was very good, we didn't see Fatima until after the wedding but she did congratulate us.
I cannot begin however, to describe how good the dina robin resort is, it is ridiculously good, I have actually started playing the lottery again since I came back in the hope of returning! it is so luxurious, the suite we stayed in was amazing with a beautiful bathroom overlooking the mountain, it is the best resort I have ever stayed in. the staff are very attentive and the service very professional, the food was amazing (though food was also fantastic at trou au biche, I put on half a stone in 2 weeks!). it was all in all a perfect trip as trou au biche was the best resort for the wedding but dina robin made us feel like we had then gone away on a very very decadent honeymoon.
thanks so much for all your help with all of the booking and everything, definitely go to dina robin if you ever have the opportunity, our whole wedding package was really good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend getting married this way to anyone. now just have to get around to all the changing my name stuff.......!!

sorry that you have not managed to get through to us, we have both had exams the past week but now a few days free before the next ones.
well where do we begin.... cyprus was absolutely fantastic. the first week was all new and we didn't really have an idea of what was expected of us, but lakis was fantastic.  he was brilliant and we couldn't of asked for anyone better, he helped make the day perfect.  we can not fault anything, it really was that good. the hotel was superb, and the church beautiful. we ended up with 6 courses of food, and there was simply no room for cake!! honestly Lisa we can not thank you and lakis enough for all that you did to help make the day unforgettable and perfect. we had 30 guests out in cyprus with us and everyone of them left cyprus with the desire to go back maybe even some who want to marry there! 
thank you so much once again for everything. if you want to call or go through anything please feel free to as it would be a pleasure to fill you in with even more stories about the day. its been an absolute dream come true

everything went very well thanks with the only downside being the absence of family and friends but on balance we wouldn't have changed anything.
When I surprised kirsty on our 1st day there she was happy but unsure about marrying without her parents there and so they
came out at short notice for a week to attend.
jan was very nice and professional in her conduct throughout. wilf, the minister was the most genuine old bloke you could meet and the video of the wedding is the best wedding video i've ever seen and not because it's ours.
my parents couldn't be there as they don't fly but we took them up a souvenir wedding dvd as a present yesterday and they were both in tears watching it so I hope it made up for missing the wedding day. in fact wilf agreed to conduct the ceremony whilst holding a mobile phone with my parents hooked up at the other end, midnight uk time listening to the service throughout.
the holiday then became a honeymoon and we just had a great time including the new year celebrations at the sydney harbour .
now we'll await the arrival of our first child in may then organise an evening reception for our family and close friends.
thanks for all your help lisa, without you this may never have happened.

everything was fine, well better than fine PERFECT!!!. lakis was lovely and he sorted everything. it was brilliant having a planner as we didn't need to worry about a thing - just as you said - everything couldn't have gone smoother.
I finally found some wedding rings the friday before we left for cyprus , picked up the bridesmaid dresses the week before, a new petticoat arrived for my dress 4 days before we left and finally we were set.
the weather was beautiful as was the hotel and staff. when we arrived and was shown to our room we had a four poster bed, lots of fruit and wine, and our patio doors opened out onto the beach. the day came and went so quickly I am so glad we have the photos and videos to look back on. the ceremony only lasted all of 5 mins and that's exactly what I wanted in that sort of heat. it was very very hot day and I was wearing a dress with far to many layers - but I loved it (I have attached a few photos) everybody, us the families and our 40 guest really enjoyed themselves and we have seemed to get the ball rolling, 2 couples have already decided to get hitched abroad.
iI would like to give you a big THANK YOU for helping to make my big day such a special one,you couldn't have made it any easier.
I must go or I will ramble on for ever, really that's all I have spoken about since I have been back, and me and paul are looking at booking another holiday to go on our own at the end of the month.
