New York Wedding Venues - Central Park.

Our most popular outdoor venue is Central Park. Home to many picturesque wedding venues such as the Ladies Pavilion, Conservatory Gardens, Belvedere Castle, The Shakespeare Garden as well as the lesser known Cop Cot and the Pool. No matter what time of year, Central Park is a wonderful setting for a wedding of any size.

Ladies Pavillion, famous for its stunning green cast iron exterior originally served as a shelter for people waiting for the trolley at 8th Avenue and 59th Street. This charming structure was used as a shelter from the elements and so it seems fitting now that it is used as a wedding venue for couples wanting to declare their love for one another. Suitable for year round weddings due to its slate roof it also makes a picturesque setting.

Conservatory Gardens, take their name from the huge glass conservatory that once stood on this same spot,
built in 1898 and since demolished and replaced with the present Garden. The Conservatory Garden has three gardens each suitable for different party sizes, but the south garden we feel is the prettiest year round.

The Sheakespeare Garden, located between the Delacorte Theatre, Belvedere Castle and the Swedish Cottage. The beautiful four-acre garden is a treat all year round but extra special in springtime. Only flowers mentioned in Shakespeare's plays are used in the garden.
This venue is particularly beautiful in spring but is suitable for weddings all year round.

The Cop Cot in Scottish Dialect Cop Cot means ‘little house on the crest of a hill'.
Rebuilt in 1985 the Cop Cot is situated near 6th Avenue at the south entrance of Central park, hidden away from the main pathway up a small hill this wooden structure looks like something left from yesteryear.

The Pool, in the northwest corner of Central Park hidden from the main walkway is The Pool. An unspoilt natural environment enjoyed by nature and book lovers alike. Surrounded by drooping willows and cultivated forestland reflecting magically in the algae green waters this location is the perfect spot for an intimate celebration.

Belvedere Castle is a magical monument sat high in central park.
Your wedding will take place beneath a gazebo on the castle terrace enjoying views of the Great Lawn, Delacorte theatre and Turtle pond. If you can, take a minute to enjoy the hundreds of turtles you can see enjoying a lazy day below.
