Below are two samples of the many packages we have put together over the years. The packages are listed to give you an idea of where to start. Every package can be tailor made to suit your requirements or you can start from scratch and develop your own.
We can also help with recommendations for receptions and any other extras to make your experience that little bit more special.
New York, New York Wedding Package
Price for
2012 $2780 / £1853*
- UK based wedding planner to arrange all the details of your wedding before you arrive for in New York for your wedding. Including:
- Unlimited emails and phone calls.
- Option to meet us in our UK offices to discuss the final plans of your wedding.
- Assistance with your legal paperwork to prepare for the wedding licence application in New York.
- Choice of ceremony location in central park, choose from:
- Pre-wedding meeting with your wedding planner.
- Wedding planner for your wedding ceremony.
- Wedding officiate fees.
- Contact with your wedding officiate to discuss the ceremony content of your wedding.
- Professional Photographer:
- 60 to 80 hi-resolution digital photographs (optimal size 4x6cms).
- 1 hour with your photographer and post editing.
- All prints on CD.
- We aim to deliver all wedding photographs within 2 weeks of the wedding day.
- Contact with your professional wedding photographer before arriving in New York to discuss the style and type of photographs you would like on your wedding day.
- Luxury bridal bouquet (does not include flowers such as lilies, orchids or other exotic varieties).
- Grooms buttonhole.
- Assistance with arranging extra services for your wedding such as, hair and makeup, extra flowers for your bridal party, guest transport, etc.
For parties of 20 or more please add $25 / £16 for wedding permit.

- UK based wedding planner to arrange all the details of your wedding before you arrive for in New York for your wedding. Including:

- Option to meet us in our UK offices to discuss the final plans of your wedding.
- Assistance with your legal paperwork to prepare for the wedding licence application in New York.
- Ceremony in the small chapel at All Souls Church.
- Pre-wedding meeting with your wedding planner.
- Wedding planner for your wedding ceremony.
- Wedding officiate fees.
- Contact with your wedding officiate to discuss the ceremony content of your wedding.
- Professional Photographer:
- 120 to 150 hi-resolution digital photographs (optimal size 4x6cms).
- All prints on CD.
- 2 hours with your photographer and post editing.
- We suggest one hour at the ceremony venue and the second hour at a different venue, such as Central Park or Times Square or DUMBO.
- We aim to deliver all wedding photographs within 2 weeks of the wedding day.
- Contact with your professional wedding photographer before arriving in New York to discuss the style and type of photographs you would like on your wedding day.
